Many of those who have completed the program, are reunited with their families and resume a normal life. This program is funded solely by the sale of donated goods. The Eero Pro router was as described. Though donated to the Salvation Army, the router was brand-new with intact packaging on the power cord indicating that the unit had never been used. I switched out the new Eero with my home Eero router in my mesh system and it worked flawlessly. Packaging was exceptional and the package arrived in the mail on the predicted day. Overall, I am delighted with this purchase and with my experience with the seller. A super value and a supeb seller.
Glad the proceeds are going to a good cause, makes the value all the more worth. Item in decent condition as described, with all discs working and in nice condition. Shipping was fast when shipped. However, pretty pricey especially on some other items. Decent packaging, would of preferred a box with paper filling or bubble wrap, instead of a bubble envelope. Overall, a good experience and would shop again.
A++++ ebay seller - Very quick shipping! Two of the TiVo devices were NOT the model in the listing, but the seller is not familiar with TiVo and was not aware of the error in the listing. I requested a partial refund since I can use the one that IS the model in the listing. Seller graciously and quickly partially refunded the purchase and I am happy with the outcome.
