items are brand new and exactly as described. they came well packaged and were delivered in literally no time at all considering we are over 3k miles from one another. the only thing is that, despite thoughtful packaging, the conditioner came loose and leaked about ~3oz all over the box and bottles. I reached out to the seller who was extremely considerate and refunded me 20% of my purchase price. I'm super pleased with the entire experience. I would recommend and shop again.
The light fixture took way too long to arrive, so if you buy from this seller, be prepared to wait a couple of weeks for the item. That said, the price was unbeatable, the fixture is nice, and the seller did reply to my inquiry. It wasn’t the best reply, but it was a reply. I would order from this seller again.
