Contacted seller asking if he had the white or cream colored ones that is in the add picture. He contacted me back and said yes so I ordered and under the order comment I asked him to send the white or cream colored ones because they just seem to last longer to me than the black ones. But I still received the black ones anyway. I’ll use these they just don’t seem to last as long to me. They was a good value and seller shipped it very quick. Thank you.
Easy install, just what I needed. I’d use them again if they had what I needed. The shipping worked out, the post office gets the ding for not scanning and updating on receipt of the box. Not the sellers fault in anyway. They were responsive to messages asking about status. All in all a great transaction by the seller.
Great seller. However, the item is described and shown as beige color but my "dogs" came black. Apparently Whirlpool has changed the color but they are still OEM as they came in the same branded package. Fixed my washing machine for 5 bucks! Thank you.
