How do I even start. This was an amazing experience from start to finish. After I ordered the vest I noticed I had a refund. I was suspicious because I was not expecting a refund. Low and behold I find out this seller had refunded part of my shipping. We had never talked about abby of this. When asked she told me the shipping she charged was way to much therefore the refund.
