This machine is much better than I ever expected. It is really fast and the people who made it are very helpful and easy to reach. They called me several times while it was being shipped to see if I had received it. Communication is easy and direct using the What’s App in my phone. It was so easy to operate I didn’t need any help at all. If you want great tasting ice cream and want it fast this is the machine for you. It’s very well made and well packed for shipping to protect from damage.
