It has her name in large capital white letters across the back. The length is approximately 5.5 inches. The width is approximately 2.5 inches. This comes in the original box. This seller was not only friendly in contacting me and keeping me informed but the packaging I received was beyond my expectations. It was wrapped up in tissue paper tied with a ribbon. There was a flower, nail polish, and hand written card with a really nice message with my purchase. It was unexpected and I enjoyed opening it.
