Our order arrived in a timely manner along with a picture sent of items packaged. Only to be disappointed with our order upon arrival. We ordered these cameras in good faith that items were working. None of the cameras would turn on and the hub was not working at all. We ended up ordering batteries to see if that was the issue. In the mean time seller was quick to refund us. To say the least it was a lot of hassle and run around that didn’t need to happen if seller sold working items as listed.
Item was in even better condition that expected. It was like brand new! My son was extremely excited to receive the Quest. Seller was great at communication and it was an overall fantastic experience. Would definitely buy from again!
