Fast shipping & careful packaging and this little Mindy doll arrived safe & sound. She is better than described and as seen in the photos. Bangs needed to be tamed down & her hair needed a gentle combing otherwise she looks new and unplayed with. Her clothes are perfect and she has her shoes! The item was shipped quickly, but unfortunately damaged in transit. When I reached out to the seller, they promptly replied to accept a return and refund. I really wanted the item and the damage was fixable with hot glue, so I asked for a partial refund instead of the return, and the seller kindly and quickly agreed. Really great costumer service!
