Had questions about the shipping and the seller responded quickly and respectfully. Description was accurate regarding the item and the shipping was quick. Delivery costs was a little expensive but the club was packaged very well and securely. The box arrived dented and crushed but inside it was undamaged because of the seller's packaging. Great value on the item, as seller was open to offers and did not try to hike the price since this item usually goes for a bit more than he sold it to me for.
the item was in perfect condition, but the description indicated that it was an 11 inch figurine and I received a 5 inch figurine. I was greatly disappointed, but reached out to the seller, who responded quickly. Although this item was listed as No Returns, upon pointing out that the description was incorrect, I was issued a FULL credit and told to keep the item. I was very pleased with the resolution.
