Communication was okay, the seller replied quickly to my first concern but then I had a question regarding shipping that went unanswered... That said the item arrived as I had hoped it would. My package has been lost and I was given a snarky response about how this isn't their fault and then nothing since. I just want a refund so that I can get my granddaughter her gift. They should be the ones who have to deal with the shipping company and retrieve the item. Customer service is lost
