The item purchased was exactly what I ordered and came on time. I would suggest maybe placing a fragile sticker on boxes of items that are fragile or considered collector items because UPS completely mangled the box up. Luckily I'm not a collector that cares about leaving figures in the box. This however is not a reflection on the seller because UPS was the one that didn't handle with care.

Item didn’t arrive by estimated date, but when I contacted the seller, they responded right away (within the hour) and had a new one shipped out the next day…UPS had lost the first package. Action figure was as advertised and my nephew is super happy!

Excellent seller. Initially sent wrong sized item, but *immediately* asked if I would like them to send correct size or a refund when I contacted them. EXCELLENT SELLER! Thanks, Oscrod27!
