The seller was great to work with! Fast shipping, I received the item within a few days. It was exactly in the condition as stated by the seller. It was open box. Yes but it was never used. Everything looked brand new and still wrapped in the original packaging. The item was very easy to assemble. All I had to do was charge the battery And it works flawlessly.
Pro-Audio Item was damaged in shipping. Seller was quick to respond and made a gracious offer to keep with 50% refund. Decided to return due to potential internal damage. Good seller and good communication. Many on ebay selling counterfeit pro-audio so you have to be careful. I would trust and buy from this seller again.
