Order received within 1 week, shipping time good. Item received exactly as described, also good. Price about 14% less than retail, good as well. Actual product was wrapped very well in plastic to keep it pristine which was thoughtful and appreciated. However, was somewhat disappointed with shipping box. It was soft cardboard so one side got creased which also creased the product box. About one foot of the box edge was open and exposed as well. Order would be perfect with stronger box.
