Item was not packed appropriately. The factory Lego box was wrapped in brown paper and then had shrink wrap taped around that. No protection at all. Due to this, the box was damaged in shipment. Seller a little slow about responding to my messages, but finally offered me a refund. Thus the neutral rating.
