The package arrived quickly. There was an issue, but the seller helped me resolve it. I realized I received an item with specs that didn’t match what was in the listing. The seller was quick to acknowledge their mistake and offered options to make me whole. I could return the item for full refund, or keep the under-spec’ed item and accept a partial refund. I chose the second option, with a plan to still buy the right item for myself elsewhere, & use the one I received for my kids.

Exactly as pictured/described, appears to be brand new, no scratches or blemishes. 65W specs on the back label, has an Acer logo on the top side. Good communication. Excellent seller.
