Great seller. While there was a minor glitch in not everything being sent initially - most likely a screw-up in shipping - it was rectified immediately and the missing bits sent very quickly. Stuff happens and - unless it is happening in ER - it doesn't really matter. What matters is how the vendor responds. Here, the vendor did everything correctly to satisfy the customer. Good job. Item arrived ahead of due date, in good packaging. Item is used (as advertised), but clean and in good condition with minimal cosmetic wear (pictures in listing were very good) and no functional damage (cable, plug, cable strain relief, housing, etc all in very good condition).
