The stars are for the seller being super quick to respond to my messages & to accept the return of the faulty machine. The sewing machine was received beat up from shipping with a crack in the hard cover & the front cover of the machine, over the needle housing area, hanging off the machine loose in the bag with the screws in the bottom of the box. I fixed the cover and finished 2 test runs when it piled the thread and su ked my fabric into the feet feeders with an E6 code. So sad about this.
This seller is awesome in every sense of the word. I was having a real tough time with the delivery service contacting me and setting up a scheduled delivery time. Was hung up on six times and sent emails that didn’t help. I contacted this seller and he went above and beyond. Contacted them personally got management involved and within 1 hour I was contacted and set up To be delivered today. Got the tv and it is amazing AAA service right here!!!!!
I was presently surprised at the speed of the shipping! The packaging was great and when I opened up the box and was surprised the extension table, cover, and attachment was included. This product is worth every penny I paid for it. This company is obviously focused on the customer to hit all points right on! I definitely would buy from them again!
