Item arrived as described, though the box/packaging arrived in bad shape due to the handling during transportation. Sound bar should have been shipped in a shipping box instead of just the retail box. The retail box was not thick enough for rough handling by the carrier! I Have yet to test/hookup the Memorex 27.5” Bluetooth Soundbar, but it appears to be new, complete, and looks good. The Shipping was fast and the value is solid. I would like to give this seller 5 stars for there customer service, I ordered a tv from them and the item was shipped in a timely manor and in a factory sealed container, unfortunately when we opened the box and set it up...it was broken...I requested a return and there responce was speedy and informative. I would personally buy again from this seller and would recommend them to others, as they had no way of knowing the item was damaged and took quick responsibility to refund my money.
