  1. This item was exactly as described. I unboxed it, plugged it in, and was able to use it right away. Listed as a refurbished item, but I couldn't tell the difference between it and a new TV, except for the much lower price! I'm very happy with this seller and this purchase. I would happily buy from them again. And thank goodness the seller packed it well because FedEx ran it through the wringer for about 4 days before finally delivering it (entirely the fault of FedEx and not at all the seller).

  2. I had a great experience. The camera was shipped very quickly and arrived in perfect working condition. When I opened the box, I noticed that the lens hood was cracked and showed signs of being previously glued. I reached out to BuyDig with photos, and they responded promptly. While they couldn’t replace the hood due to it being out of stock, they immediately offered a partial refund, which I received the very next day. Great customer service and quick resolution — thank you again!

  3. Product was in good shape no blemishes or marks on any item inside the box. Seller provided tracking information very quickly and I received the item within 1 week. My only issue with the seller was the shipping container. I personally wouldn't mind a shipping fee if it meant that the Samsung box was inside another box to protect it. The FedEx delivery had damaged the box considerably (holes and cuts near edges). I would buy from the seller again.
