Item arrived as described, though the box/packaging arrived in bad shape due to the handling during transportation. Sound bar should have been shipped in a shipping box instead of just the retail box. The retail box was not thick enough for rough handling by the carrier! I Have yet to test/hookup the Memorex 27.5” Bluetooth Soundbar, but it appears to be new, complete, and looks good. The Shipping was fast and the value is solid.
