The phone was shipped in a phone box in a plastic sleeve, making it very secure. The phone was as described, and in photos. Actually, in better condition. (It is a used phone) And fantastic value. Item is new with tags as described and in original packaging. They’re way too big for me but that is not the sellers fault. I went by measurements published by Columbia so if you’re ordering these you might size down. This is a reputable seller.
