At first there was a problem with shipping, and it honestly made me nervous because it wasn't sent USPS as listed. But I gave it a chance, I had to contact UPS, and finally UPS did something right by me, due to living in a secure building. That said .. As described, the panic is over, and it's already in use. If you don't need a specific delivery service, it's quick, and the packing was A+.

Everything was exactly as described. Communication was easy and quick. Shipping was right on time. Packaging, they took the time to tape the pieces to the unit and added packing material to protect the merchandise. Value was absolutely fair.
