Tested and working. NO REMOTE. Does have power cord and HDMI cord (not pictured).

But I gave it a chance, I had to contact UPS, and finally UPS did something right by me, due to living in a secure building. That said .. As described, the panic is over, and it's already in use. If you don't need a specific delivery service, it's quick, and the packing was A+.
