I totally goofed up when I made this purchase. The seller did clearly state in the condition of the listing that the bubble part of the bubble wand did not work. I based my purchase on the pictures and what was provided in the full description. Needless to say, it was my responsibility to make sure I read the listing completely. The seller also listed the item as no returns accepted. Even though the seller was not obligated to refund anything he did meet me halfway. Honest seller with integrity.
