The item was described accurately and communication from the seller was prompt and courteous. The feedback would have been 5 stars if the seller had not chosen Federal Express as the shipper. Federal Express is incapable of providing even basic customer service, relying largely on AI bots and essentially unreachable by phone. Fed Ex claimed that I was not able to pick up this package at a Fed Ex Office due to 'seller restrictions'. No seller restrictions existed. Missed work to get package.
Great seller unit had issue and I received a return label asap received a quick refund we spent a lot of time talking trying to figure out was wrong and in the end had to ship it back but he was GREAT the item was well packaged and it was a good price but in the end it all got worked out. Very well packed tightly with packing peanuts. I knew the unit was quite secure and had no issues surviving the shipping. Unit looks and works as advertised.
