The product I received, seems to be a good replacement for my washer. It is not installed yet. But looks good. The issue, I have is, with FEDX. The package was to have been delivered between August 9-13. However, it did not leave W Virginia for 3 Days, it was dropped at the drop of place on either Friday 8 or Sat 9. No updates by FedX until Aug 12. Package arrived in Ohio Aug 13. No updates on package until Aug 14. Package finally arrived in GA early morning. I received the package Aug 14 la

He checked to make sure the part i ordered matched the part on my machine, used a reputable shipping company, packed my order extremely well, and got it out quickly. The motherboard had all the plugs left in it which i assume was to ensure the part would not get damaged in shipping. Fair pricing as well. This seller just saved me a bunch of money! Washer is working right now with the motherboard i ordered in it.
The LG washer rotor arrived very quickly and was exactly as pictured and described. Upon installation and multiple uses, this rotor has proven to take care of my washer problem. Thank you Quality Plus Store for offering a quality item at a good price.
