The seller went beyond what I expected after he heard the issue. He sent me a 2nd unit after the first was lost and sent it priority. But even with that the unit I got was broken by amazon in shipping. I was able to take a couple pieces off the old one (drilled out the rivits and used sheetmetal screws to fix). The only thought I have is it needs to be packed a little better in the box so it does not get broken by rough handling
When we didn’t receive the item promptly the seller contacted us to find out whether we had received the item. On finding that it was not delivered, he sent out the shelf immediately and we received it in a few days. That is great service!
Shipping n packaging was great. Will buy again if I need parts. Sadly I need to return it cause I bought the wrong part, ugh!
