The seller was very prompt in sending out this washer main control board and it arrived in secure packaging and when installed partially worked. I was able to get the washer to complete wash cycles but the physical load selection knob did not line up with the LED cycle that was selected. Additionally, the washer would not go into diagnostic mode. The seller was great and gave me the option of returning the board or keeping it and getting a 50% refund. These guys are absolutely great.
BUY FROM THIS SELLER! The part was packaged very professionally, the timer was in excellent condition and it was half the price of other items from different sellers on eBay. It was the correct part. We had a small issue with the shipping BUT was not the sellers issue. I actually reached out to seller and they got an accurate update for us. It was just a couple days late. I would buy from this seller again. Amazing customer service!!
