The price of the laptop was good but there only 2 photographs and the description lacked some detail so I was concerned that they might be hiding some flaws but after reading reviews I figured I could take the risk. Shipping was within the business day, as promised and it arrived within their projected timeline. The item was very well packaged with lots of bubble wrap to ensure it was not damaged during transit. The quality was better than expected. I would buy from them again without hesitation
Appearance, it was in better condition than the photos showed. Delivered before the expected date. The packaging was excellent. I was worried that it would come in a bubble envelope but it was in a small cardboard box with the phone in a phone sized ziplock, wrapped in heavy bubble wrap, inside the cardboard box and taped well. Received in a top quality box with plenty of impact resistant packaging. The product was as described with minor scratches but the device powered right up and and paired with my cell phone seamlessly. The Value of both cost, quality and performance was on point. Shipping was satisfactory from the seller. Real world events delayed delivery and was a no fault of the seller.
