Thanks for the as-is laptop with detailed pictures and description! The laptop is in great shape! Less wear than another one used in an office environment. No dust or hair in cpu cooler. Great packaging with fast shipping and communication. Took a risk, but replacing the battery seems to have fixed both the charging issue and the slow/stuttering speed!
