Excellent communication from seller, good to work with and willing to help in anyway. No scratches on device. Item arrived undamaged, secured with bubble wrap inside of box. I would give the overall condition a 9 out of 10. Phone appears to function normally, but have not connected with SIM card yet. Price was competitive with other recondition phones of the same model. I would purchase from seller again.
The shipping was excellent. The seller took care of the packaging really well, and the product arrived as described, and as in the pictures. I had a nice and smooth experience shopping with this seller, I would recommend him a little more pictures of the product, so we have no doubt of what we'll get, but overall great service.
2 1/2 day UPS shipping to my door the box was packed inside another box and my unit is as described, new open box. Despite the price a great deal compared to "new" units. This unit works great and I'm a happy customer. Thank you Brian, five stars ☆☆☆☆☆
