Especially the second time I bought it, the product arrived damaged, so I sent an email, and without any verification, they trusted me and quickly sent a replacement. After a week of waiting for ship notification, I requested shipping date, and ONLY THEN was I advised that the order had been cancelled and refund had been processed. Appreciare the refund, thank you. What I did NOT appreciate was the delayed lack of notification. Nor did I appreciate the two reasons for the cancellation, one from the vendor and one from eBay, neither of which made sense. Unacceptable and inconvenient. Did not feel negative feedback was warranted. Transaction rated positive.
Great customer service and quick responses! Item was just as appears but unfortunately I ordered the wrong part. As I read some of the reviews for returns I was a little concerned because of some negative feedback, but I sent a message explaining it was my mistake and ordered the wrong part. I got a friendly and understanding response first thing Monday morning and initiated the return. Super simple drop off to the post office and money was returned to my account within a couple days!
