While prices were high due to discontinued item, I was thankful to find one. The fist faucet was lost for a time so the seller sent a second right away, I was thankful for that as well. However, when both faucets eventually arrived I contacted the seller right away and followed up again when the seller didn’t respond. Seller would not negotiate at least a savings that they would have had to pay for me to return it. Seller wouldn’t negotiate and didn’t seem to read my messages thoroughly.
I've purchased thousands of these capsules. Had a recent order that was short about 150 caps (the lids). Customer service responded immediately and shipped not just a 150 replacements, but an entire bag of 1000, and it got here FAST. THIS is a great example of exceeding customer expectations. Can’t say much it came very well. Package looks like the item that I was looking at the pictures and it fit me perfectly. Didn’t have communication with the seller so can’t really say much about the communication but the item definitely came in would recommend to anyone.
