The stars are for the seller being super quick to respond to my messages & to accept the return of the faulty machine. The sewing machine was received beat up from shipping with a crack in the hard cover & the front cover of the machine, over the needle housing area, hanging off the machine loose in the bag with the screws in the bottom of the box. I fixed the cover and finished 2 test runs when it piled the thread and su ked my fabric into the feet feeders with an E6 code. So sad about this.

I was presently surprised at the speed of the shipping! The packaging was great and when I opened up the box and was surprised the extension table, cover, and attachment was included.
