Shipping: arrived on the date stated Packaging: the shipper packed the glass door very well it had a lot of packing peanut in the box to protect just in case usps employees decided to just toss the box even though the item inside is fragile As described: exact glass door for oven needed, it fit right into the spot, no damages or nothing Value: best value ever because Maytag doesn’t sell this glass door anymore & my old one shattered. & new ovens are expensive I was not going to buy another oven
The item arrived quickly and was in overall great condition, just as described. However, I discovered that a small portion was broken, which prevented it from attaching properly. Ordered on a Tuesday, received the following Tuesday through UPS. Item was packaged well with lots of styrofoam pellets. The item was as described. It needed a bit of cleanup for aesthetics, but looked very nice after that. It works as it should. I couldn't find this part on any of the appliance parts websites, so was thrilled to find it here for a reasonable price. I really appreciated their guarantee, which made me confident enough to give it a try.
