The table lamp arrived very fast shipper was great with communication the item arrived damaged looks like from the factory because it was packaged and never opened I took pictures and sent it to the seller and he immediately apologized and refunded the money great seller will do business again with him

Fast shipping. Excellent packaging. Received not functioning. Would not turn on due to switch broken. Communicated the problem. Renegotiated pricing which helped off set the purchase of the a base without probes. Worked out fine. Great Ebay seller. Will make it right if it is not as expected. Thanks
