The seller was responsive with packaging and delivery. The items were in non- conductive packs and well bubble wrapped. As to the quality or operation, I am unable to speak at this time as the computer has yet to arrive for the upgrade to take place. All needed tools and were included to perform the task, as verified by the video included during ordering.
