This is my third purchase of this particular phone, on ebay. The first two were China sellers and sold as "new," and both had altered usb ports, echo problem with calls, and bad batteries. Hint: don't buy "new" from China ebay sellers- those phones are NOT new. Take that to the bank. THIS one was refurbished and done right. FAR more like a new phone than those other two sold as "new" by those China sellers. Battery is great, as well. Phone looks new. Works perfectly. Finally. Thank you.
