It couldn't have been better. The packaging was superb. It had FRAGILE tape wrapped all around it. The leads were included (some places charge extra for them). I was very nervous about the shipping. It really is FRAGILE--not that the part is not sturdy, but it is subject to crushing. I had a recent order that was not packed well, and the postal machine crushed it.

The item came packaged nicely, and includes exactly the items pictured along with install instructions. It was a perfect fit! For $20 and less than 1 hour, my washer is running perfectly. I found youtube tutorials helpful. The Seller also sent a message letting me know about the delivery.. Ordered on a Sunday, shipped on monday, delivered the following monday...
