Fast shipping. Great communication. Item as described. Packaging left quite a bit to be desired, but the item luckily wasn’t damaged. It arrived via UPS completely smashed and even torn open a little bit. Despite this, the item still works perfectly. The price was absolutely unbeatable, which is why I’m really not complaining. In the end, it was a near perfect transaction. I would package fragile electronics a bit more carefully in the future. Thank you for a great part at a great price!
The part was the exact fit for my washer . The only issue I had was the shipping method . Unfortunately I had to return the item and reorder another one. The reasoning for this was the item was shipped in a soft envelope with bubble wrap and received some damage to the board during transit . My only recommendation is for fragile items like this is to have some stronger packaging materials to prevent this from occurring again. The seller was very responsive and helpful to my situation.
Part shipped fast and was exactly what I needed for a lot cheaper than other vendors . The description was clear and the pictures were very clear. They also were able to cancel my order when I realized the other part I ordered was the wrong one for my needs. The item was packaged very well. Washing machine back in action! Would recommend buying from this seller for sure but hopefully I wouldn't need to.
