Item came as described and packaged well, but the fridge manufacturer's part numbers were not compatible as hoped. So I initiated returned and seller provided tracking. The item was lost in shipment by FedEx during the return. And the seller issued a full refund even though they did not receive the item back. Very happy with the seller who provided a refund and presumably has to work through FedEx shipping insurance to get their money back.

Even though the stove grate came up in a search for my stove's model number part, it is not an exact match - looks a little different, and is a little taller, but it looks nice and works great.
