Shipping was faster than expected, packaging looked damaged like a used box and the item itself was not as described "new". Upon removing my old radio found a lot of missing components in the kit to make it work. A lack of instructions made it a bit frustrating, but contacted the seller and they answered almost immediately. They made it right, so I'm not mad about it. Because they were honest and straight forward they get 5 stars, the used item instead of new however, no stars or comment.
Fast shipping, not in unopened original packaging box. Item was in good condition and all parts and instruction were in the box. Parts and hardwares were not in original packaging and appeared as if they were just thrown in the box, all hardware was loose and floating around inside the box. A few bumps and scratches on numerous parts because there was no protective packing materials. For what I need it for, everything was there and it works the way I need it to, price was good, thank you.
My order arrived quickly. The box was not in the best shape and had lots of tape on it, but the product itslef was fine and as described. I suspect it was an open box or returned item. But, it appears to be unused. It is very comfortable and I am happy with it and the substantial discount from this seller. Good deal!
