Unfortunately, the item was defective and was sold without the probe. I returned the probe to the Company and sent me another probe just in case the probe itself was the issue. It turned out it wasn’t the probe at all. Seller communication was the best I’ve dealt with honest, responsive, and full of integrity. Considering he didn’t have the probe to test the item, I truly appreciate his transparency and effort to make things right. I would absolutely buy from this seller
