Great Seller!!! Super fast shipment and communication!!! I purchased a Fitbit that was supposed to have all accessories, but the charger ended up not being in the box. I contacted them, and they researched what the cost of chargers were and issued me a partial refund to cover buying one the very next day. Item condition was just as described, and looked great! The seller sent the wrong item, but they were very quick to respond when I told them, and gave me a complete refund. I appreciate the way the situation was handled and I give them five stars for customer service, although the tracker was not what I ordered. They not only refunded me, but did not ask me to return the incorrect item. That was a plus, since the item I received was not functional anyway.
I like the Kidde smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. They have always lasted up to the recommended replacement time. This item took a bit longer to arrive due to really bad weather in much the Eastern and Southern states. The item was shipped promptly but FedEx had delays. The item was a open item as stated but in new condition. No issues.
