Chain saw was in great new condition but would not run. I tried 3 batteries. Seller was very understanding and cooperative. The box looks new in the picture but was very beat up when delivered. I am not sure what happened during shipping but box was torn, dented and stained. I will definitely keep this seller in mind for future purchases because they have such a large selection of great items. They were quick to respond to my issue and very helpful with the return process.
OK, this was a great experience but first on buying from this seller and I gotta admit I got it early too and I’m glad it came out in really good condition. It was packed package right too. It was as I just as it looks described in good condition and everything and I gotta admit like somebody really valued it real good cause the fact is it was in good condition even though it scratched up a little bit but still good condition and I’m glad I give you five stars
Loved absolutely everything that went down from the purchasing process that led all the way up to receiving the item today. The item came in an even better condition than it was originally described as and it was shipped to my house a two days before its expected arrival time! Amazing seller would buy from here again :)
