Love the coffee very tasty. A very good value for the money... Had a little hiccup that 6 bags were originally shipped (vs. 12) by accident clerical error or something.... - a quick email and they were very prompt in responding, very friendly, and rectified it no fuss no muss... the second case of 6 just arrived today. Mistakes happen to everyone... these people have good service down to a science when it comes to how to respond.
These are top quality file pockets and the perfect size for convenient storage in a 16 quart crate. Shipping was fast and well packaged.
