From purchase to delivery, it was quick and easy. Item in good shape. The only drawback is that it was packed in what I can only describe as confetti. And it was a surprise, so it created a mess for me to clean up. I appreciate taking steps to avoid damage, but this was excessive, as it was also wrapped in bubble wrap, and a cardboard wrap! A little overkill.
