The vendor (watches_japan_cranes) was very professional, prompt, and transparent throughout the whole process. They reached out once they shipped the watch. It took 1 month before I received the watch; this was not the vendor’s fault. My watch was stuck in customs during the holidays. Once I received it, the watch was in near mint condition and came with box & papers. The watch was well packaged, with multiple layers of bubble wrap.
