Timing gear on cam thrust area is too thick. Will not allow engine to turn over once it has been torqued..After measuring the cam nose, retaining plate, and cam gear i concluded that it was the timing gear. I purchased another timing gear locally and solved my issue. Also my 05 lm7 engine required the shorter head bolts so the supplied head bolts were too long. Messaged seller and never received a reply.
