The pants had a stain on the back of them. Seller accepted the return and provided a full refund including shipping both ways. The full refund was provided the moment seller received the returned packaged. The shipping was via FedEx, which took quite a long time to complete on both legs so I would ask if that can be changed if you need item to arrive within a week. Seller was very positive and kind throughout the entire process.🙂

So it took 17 days to get to Florida, but I honestly don’t think it was any fault of the Seller . The coat is beautiful and in great shape. I love it. Excellent price and it was easy to clean the marks from the hanger. Thank you. Packaged well and exactly as described.
