Tested and works fine. No instructions. I couldn't figure out how to reset since the clock was 2 hours ahead of my time. If you know how to connect to computer and reset there I don't see any other issues. See photos for a better look at condition.

Works great, just takes some figuring out since no instructions were included - had to manually reset the time offset. Nice condition as shown in photos. Would recommend for someone who understands basic clock programming. Solid performance once set up correctly.
